Our Team

 John Miller specializes in all areas of family law including divorce, child custody modifications, child support and guardianship matters. As a Lt. Col. and State Staff Judge Advocate in the Air National Guard, John is uniquely qualified to assist military members in their family law matters as well as retirement issues. 

Ana's family law practice focuses on divorce, custody disputes, child support determinations, parental rights terminations and adoptions.  Ana believes that it is important to try to reach an arrangement that is in your best interests and the best interest of your family, regardless of if that requires a trial or if the parties are able sit at the table and come to a reasonable agreement. 

Ana is well versed in assisting with obtaining and retaining a civil protection order or defending against a request for a civil protection order. These matters should not be taken lightly as they can have significant impact on your freedoms and liberties as well as custodial matters. 

Ana graduated with B.A.'s in Political Science, History, and Spanish from the University of Idaho in 2004. After graduation Ana worked for Canyon County Prosecutor's Office as a victim witness coordinator.  In 2007, Ana enrolled at the University of Oregon School of Law and in 2009 graduated with her Juris Doctor. Following law school, Ana returned to the Treasure Valley where she spent four years with the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. 

In 2013, Ana began her criminal defense and family law career. 

Ana was born and raised in southwestern Idaho on a dairy farm, she grew up picking rock, hauling hay, feeding calves, and milking cows.  She learned about hard work and dedication at a young age, which has carried over to her legal career. 

Ana now resides in Boise with her beautiful family who love to camp, raft, snowboard, watch and play sports. She recently retired from roller derby and now coaches a middle school volleyball team, as well as, plays both co-ed and women's recreation volleyball.
